Ask about a trip for two

The form on this page is the way to reach us. Tell us your dates, the trip you are looking at and anything already booked; we reply by email with a day plan and one price for two.

Use the form

We handle every enquiry through the form at the bottom of this page, which also appears on each trip page. Five fields come first: the kind of trip, your name, your email, when you plan to travel and how many are travelling. More fields open if you want to add them: length of trip, what matters most, budget, the country you fly from, and a free note.

We reply by email to the address you give. Check that it is spelled correctly, and look in your spam folder if you have not heard from us; a first reply from an unknown address sometimes lands there.

What makes a useful first message

Tell usExampleWhy it matters
Dates, or a month12 to 18 FebruarySets the sunset times and the coast
Flights, if bookedLand 14:20, leave 09:10Shapes the first and last day
The trip or the add-onFive-night honeymoon, plus the boatDecides the plan
A hotel, or a budget per nightA villa with a pool, or a named resortThe biggest part of the price
The occasionHoneymoon, anniversary, a proposalChanges the dinner bookings
Anything to plan aroundSeasickness, vegetarian, early alarmsWe adjust before, not during

If you have only a month and a feeling, say that. 'March, six nights, quiet, one evening out' is enough for a first plan.

What happens next

  1. We read your message and check sunset times and the season for your dates.
  2. We reply by email with a day plan, the hotels named and one price for two, listing what is included and what is not.
  3. If it fits, you confirm through the payment steps on the quotation, and we book.
  4. About a week before you fly, you receive the final plan: pick-up times, the boat and pier if booked, the photographer's meeting point and each rain plan.

The full steps, including how far ahead to book for holidays, are on how to book. What the price is made of is on the pricing page.

If you are already on the island

You can write from your hotel. Say where you are staying and which evenings you have left, and we will tell you whether the boat or the photo session can still fit. The sooner in your stay, the more room there is to move a session if the weather turns.

What we do with your details

We use what you send in the form to answer your enquiry and, if you book, to arrange the trip. Names go to the hotels, boat and photographer you book, and to no one else. The privacy policy lists the fields the form collects and how long we keep them.

Before you write

Several answers are already on the site: the sunset calendar for your month, the quiet-beaches guide for crowds, the areas page for where to stay and the FAQ page, which gathers the questions from every page.

Payment requests

We send payment details only in a reply to your own enquiry, and the quotation explains how to check them. If you receive a payment request that does not follow those steps, do not pay it; reply to our email thread and ask.

Common questions

Questions travellers ask most

Can we phone you?

We handle enquiries through the form and reply by email, so the plan and price are in writing. If you would like a call, add a number in the optional field and say so in the note.

How much detail should we include?

Dates and the trip you are interested in are enough to start. Flights, a hotel or budget, and anything to plan around help us get the plan right first time.

We have not had a reply. What now?

Check your spam folder first. If nothing is there, send the form again and check the email address carefully.

Tell us about the trip you have in mind

Dates, party size and the places you care about are enough to start. You get a draft route and an indicative price, not a brochure.

Add more detail optional — the more you tell us, the closer the first draft lands
